Sketch - Niagara Wind Foliage Simulation Audiovisualiser - Unreal Engine 5
For this project I wanted to use Niagara to drive a wind simulation on static mesh foliage instead of using a simple material world position offset setup. The project still makes use of the world position offset to distort the mesh, but the simulation is done per particle in Niagara and passed over through dynamic material parameters.
The project also uses a simple camera rig built in Niagara to add some motion.
